Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dream Spark is committed to providing a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process for all students and users. By enrolling in our coaching services, you agree to the following policy.

1. Cancellation by the Student

• Students may cancel their enrollment by sending a written request via email to dreamsparkpvtltd02@gmail.com within 3 calendar days from the date of registration or payment.
• If a cancellation request is received within this period, the student is eligible for a 90% refund of the total course fee. The remaining 10% will be retained as administrative charges.
• No refunds will be granted if the cancellation request is received after 3 days or after the course/batch has started, whichever comes first.
• Fees paid for recorded classes, short-term workshops, webinars, digital downloads, or downloadable study materials are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Dream Spark

• In rare cases, Dream Spark may cancel a course due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, students will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
• The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation notice.

3. Refund Method

• All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking).
• No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank involved.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Student fails to attend classes or complete the course
• Requests made after the eligibility period
• Accessed/downloaded course materials
• Disciplinary termination of the student
