1. Refund Window

Students may request a refund within 3 days of enrollment. A refund of 90% of the paid amount will be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Recorded classes that have already been accessed
• Short-term workshops (duration less than 7 days)
• Study materials (books, PDFs) that have been downloaded or dispatched
• Processing fees and registration charges

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at infodreamspark02@gmail.com with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Course Cancellations by Dream Spark

In the unlikely event that Dream Spark cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students within 5 business days.

5. Transfer Policy

Students may transfer their enrollment to another batch or course within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. A transfer fee may apply.
