Enrollment & Fees
All course fees must be paid in full prior to accessing course materials. Dream Spark reserves the right to modify fees with advance notice. Fees are non-transferable to third parties.

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, and fellow students. Any form of misconduct, cheating, or plagiarism may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, notes, and content provided by Dream Spark are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
Privacy
We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Student information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Platform Use
Students must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Dream Spark platform. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

Dream Spark reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
